This notice describes how personal data collected through the Revital Service website is processed, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

Data collected
We collect data voluntarily provided through the contact form: full name, email, phone number, number of beds and the message content. We also collect technical data needed for the site to function (e.g. IP address in server logs).
Purpose of processing
Data is used exclusively to respond to information requests, provide quotes and deliver the linen rental service, as well as to ensure the security and proper operation of the website.
Legal basis
Processing is based on the performance of pre-contractual and contractual measures at the data subject's request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) and on the controller's legitimate interest in handling requests and protecting the site from abuse (Art. 6.1.f GDPR). Non-technical cookies, where present, are processed with prior consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).
Data recipients
To deliver the service we rely on providers acting as data processors: Resend (sending contact form emails), Vercel (website hosting) and Google Maps (map display, only with prior consent). Data is neither disclosed nor sold to third parties.
Transfer outside the EU
Some providers (e.g. Resend, Vercel, Google) are based or operate infrastructure in the United States. Any transfer of data outside the European Economic Area takes place in compliance with GDPR safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
Data retention
Data submitted through the form is retained for the time necessary to handle the request and any resulting contractual relationship, and in any case no longer than the periods required by applicable law, after which it is deleted.
Cookies
We use technical cookies necessary for the site to function, which do not require consent. The Google Maps map is loaded only after your explicit consent and may involve the use of third-party cookies by Google. You can manage your preferences via the cookie banner.
Your rights
